Q: I received an error message that said: 

"There was an error processing your payment. Please double check that you have selected the right type of card, check to make sure your card number is correct and make sure your 3 or 4 digit security code was entered correctly and please try again."

What should I do?

A: This most common failure or error is caused by entering the incorrect billing address. The billing address is typically the same address that credit card billing statement is received. Even if you have moved but you have not updated your billing address, you still need to enter your old address that is associated with the credit card.



Q: I am having trouble placing my order because I can't do X,Y or Z.

A: The most common reason for these types of errors are due to out of date web browsers. Our site works best on Internet Explorer 8 and above, Firefox and Chrome. Internet Explorer under version 8 is not advisable because many features will not work with our site. We can always take your order over the phone provided it is M-F between the hours of 8-5 EST.
