Distribution Center Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated Manager to oversee the daily operation of the Distribution Center to join our team in the Baltimore area. Develop and articulate a vision and strategy for the stores in the assigned district; motivate and inspire the team to complete the sales generation, operation and merchandise and to ensure customers satisfaction; Maximize productivity and profitability. Along with company procedures; train and develop store managers and monitor development of associate and assistant manager’s supervisors; maintain team relationships with the headquarters business partners. District Managers report to the Operations Manager.
Manage the sales, operations and visual functions of the store and oversee the training and development of the entire staff. The store manager reports to the District Manager.
Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the sales, operations and visual functions of the store. in partnership with all the other management the Assistant reports to the Store Manager and is second in command.

The head cashier manager is responsible for managing all other cashier training; trouble shooting the operation of the POS system. Must drive accessories sales, overseeing the greeter and bag check person, partnering with the Apparel Manager with visual assistants, sales in the apparel section, reports to Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales Manager on all issues with the operation of the store.
Supervise the sales floor and manage the sales team on all functions in the shoe department. Keep merchandise displays fresh and clean. Drive sales and trains team on selling skills. Partnering with the Apparel Manager on selling hook ups and reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales Manager.
Manage the merchandise and appearance of the store. Plan and implement merchandise strategies for display. Drive sales in the apparel section. Train and develop team on how to sale new product in the store. Partnering with Sales Manager, Footwear Manager and Cashier Manager, reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales Manager on all Issues on the operation of the store.
Supervise the stock team with receiving shipments and processing shipments and running the cases timely, along with doing store to store transfers weekly. Train and develop new employees on how the stock is run in the walls. Partnering with Sales Manager, Footwear Manager, Assistant Manager and reports to the Store Manager.
