Project Las Vegas: Reebok Classic Concert Recap

When it comes to being a leader in special events and strategic brand marketing, Reebok Classic remains undefeated. MAGIC, Project, Agenda, MVMT and the entire Vegas Strip were buzzing early Monday afternoon as plans were being made for later that night. Reebok held an exclusive event at Rain Nightclub in the Palms hotel. Upon entry, the coveted Reebok Classic red carpet greeted each attendee and once inside, Reebok owned the environment with marquee classic logos throughout. Each bar kitted-out with special edition kicks from the classics portfolio; Shaq Attaqs, Pumps, Kamikazes and more. DJs kept the crowd of 600+ grooving as the heavy hitters were getting set to blaze the stage.

Despite a slight program delay, the show started off just after midnight with Travi$ Scott who came out to an intro from Jay Z’s Magna Carta Holy Grail cut “Crown” in which Travi$ Scott co-produced. The Reebok rookie took no time going through his production catalog as well as his radio smash, “Upper Echelon”. The rest of the show was just simply amazing. To the crowds surprise, French Montana hit the stage, alongside DJ Drama, and Reebok Creative Director and influencer, Swizz Beatz. Song after song, hit after hit, this is what hip hop music is all about!

Highlight of the night? Lets see… Maybe Rick Ross stepping out with French Montana on their “Stay Schemin'” track? The constant collaborative energies between Reebok and Ricky Rozay proves to be one of the most dynamic powerful forces for the brand via social media and impressions. The two just go together like CIROC Amaretto and Cola. Ross tapped on songs from his earlier albums to his current signature club track with Jay Z, “F*ckwithmeyouknowigotit.”

Additionally, the earlier performances were equally complimented by west coast rapper and Reebok signature artist, Tyga. Although he had earlier issues reaching the venue at the original planned time, Tyga touched the stage at 1:45am and was high energy throughout. Tyga also gave the crowd an added highlight for them to remember, he brought out r&B superstar Chris Brown, who gave the crowd an added bonus performance.

One thing about these branded Reebok parties… consistency is key, and the Reebok Classic team are definitely the key makers. Check out pictures from the exclusive event below.
