Saturday November 12th Shoe City celebrated the opening of our 38th store. The New store is located on the second level of Ellsworth Place Mall in beautiful downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Dj Stevo provided the tunes. Lil Black hosted the raffle for two exclusive releases. Along with food, giveaways, face paint and henna.
