If you’re a KAWS collector you mostly likely familiar with KAWS Wood Companion figure done with Japanese furniture maker Karimoku. This piece definitely elevates toy design to a fine art level and now KAWS will unveil the massive wooden Companion at his upcoming show at the More Gallery in Giswil, Switerzland. The show will be open June 9th and running along side Art Basel and remain on display until August 26. There will be more than one oversized wooden Companion figure in the new exhibition and it looks like KAWS wanted his Companion character to meet with iconic comic figure Pinocchio.
