Kyrie Irving also known as "Uncle Drew" is arguably the most electric all around point guard in the NBA today and is back with his fourth signature Nike Basketball shoe. The "Kyrie 4" highlights many personal and performance details to support his unique gaming style from his quick ankle breaking crossover, to his lane slicing penetration. The "Kyrie 4" creates a distinctive mold on traction with a two-way sole construction similar to a tire. The design was created to support his quick ability to change directions with a Flex Groove outsole, which curves up the midsole in order to support at any angle. By rounding out the design of the outsole the idea is to capture as much energy as possible and transfer it into the next move, so that no power or momentum is lost. The sneaker also features a Zoom Air unit throughout the heel which helps charge his rapid pace.
