To many sneakerheads, the Air Jordan 3 Retro is the greatest sneaker silhouette of all time and needs no introduction. For those who don't know, the third signature shoe in the Air Jordan line-up was the first sneaker to feature aspects that are now synonymous with Jordan sneakers. Not only were they designed by Tinker Hatfield, they also were the first Jordan to feature the "Jumpman" logo, elephant print paneling and visible air cushioning. Introducing a new colorway on this iconic model is not always accepted with open arms, but with the introduction of the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Sport Blue' this weekend, it's likely that this could become an extremely sought after colorway in years to come. While the combination of tumbled and smooth black leather with grey accents seen in models past, it's the sport blue color pops for the eyelets, lining, midsole and Jumpman branding that really set this shoe off. Dropping on Saturday, August 9th, the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Sport Blue' will be available at all Shoe City locations in men's and full family sizes.
