Last night the YCMC crew rolled through the legendary S.O.B.’s in New York City, where Reebok Classic threw an amazing event to help celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the iconic Classic Leather sneaker.

The event was presented by one of our good friends, the crazy talented graffiti artist, Stash, showcasing the many different iterations of the Classic Leather sneaker since its inception in 1983. It also showcased the newest iteration of the Classic Leather, the City Classics collection, where Stash curated a talented collective of 12 of the world’s upcoming graffiti writers representing various cities around the world to utilize the sneaker silhouette as a blank canvas for their artwork.

Kicking off the performances you had the legendary Doug E.Fresh taking the crowd on a musical journey through hip hop dropping all the crazy classics and taking us back with his hit "The Show.... 6 min, 6 min, 6 min, Doug E Fresh your on" you couldn't help but sing-a-long.

Keeping the show moving and getting the crowd into a frenzy was none other then Philadelphia Freeway. This guy always rocks the crowd and delivers with so much energy. He definitely shut it down with his classics like "What We Do" and "Flipside."

This was definitely a memorable night and we had a ball partying it up with all our industry pals and colleagues. The new City Classics collection will drop at retail in July! Until the next time, Stay Fresh My Friends!
