The Agenda Trade Show is a forum where the most inspired in the streetwear and action sports industries unite. Lines speak for themselves and buyers are not intimidated by the usual overwhelming trade show experience. At this years Agenda NYC, we got a chance to catch up with our friends in the clothing industry and check out some of the newest collections from the various brands exhibiting at the show.
All the top runners in streetwear were in the building, from The Hundreds to Diamond to Stussy, the list goes on and on.
We stopped through and checked out my folks from Black Scale who were definitely making moves and writing orders all day. You might know Black Scale from the Asap Rocky collaboration. They are unquestionably one of the hot new kids on the block in the streetwear game. We linked up with Mega, the founder of @blackscale, who was busy taking meetings, then caught up with Terrance looking extremely happy after a great day at the show.
Rocksmith and Android Homme booths were getting a lot of love as well. They were both showing their spring 13 collections. The brand Rocksmith can’t really do no wrong with the license to one of the world's hottest rap groups ever. That’s right, WU TANG. Android Homme is an emerging footwear brand that prides itself on original silhouettes mixed with today’s modern trends, while taking cues from futuristic design. Brand founder @Javierlaval was making sure his accounts were pleased with the new collection.
Along with the countless clothing brands at Agenda, there are also all types of accessory brands . Flud Watches was on deck with some stylish watches that were definitely on the next level.
Overall, it was a successful and inspiring trip; we got to see a lot of our peoples making big moves in culture and see some great products. Stay tuned as you will see a lot of these brands available on YCMC in the near future.
