The brisk winter cold is settling in as the Spring trade show season begins. At Agenda, brands are preparing their Spring/Summer 14 samples, with salesmen lining up their order forms. The Agenda Trade Show is one of the premiere outlets for streetwear and action sports. It's a forum for industry tastemakers, brands and fashion. Agenda caters to the needs of buyers and brands which exist on a higher level of design and aesthetic. The show has a strong emphasis on style, art and music—the tools that fuel our culture. Air Jordan 10 Retro “Cool Grey”

Brand Jordan is set to release a new "Cool Grey" colorway in the Air Jordan 10 Retro's. The silhouette features a grey leather upper with dark grey accents and a black leather trim. The retro Air Jordan 10 features red and grey accents throughout the outsole, giving the sneaker a much needed color pop. The “Cool Grey” colorway is set to release  Saturday, January 25 at Shoe City stores.

Rapper Kid Ink Stops By to Shop YCMC

Yesterday, rap superstar Kid Ink was in town doing a radio promo for his latest project "My Own Lane," which currently sits at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Selling over 50,000 copies in his first week, Kid Ink's smash single "Show Me," featuring international superstar Chris Brown, propelled the Los Angeles rapper to the very impressive top spot on the Rap Billboard Chart last week! "Show Me" has already sold an amazing 462,000 downloads in digital sales. During his visit, Kid Ink shopped our entire Mall of Prince Georges Shoe City store, picking up a pair of the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Powder Blue', a few Sprayground bags, 10 pairs of socks from both Stance and Nike, and some hats to match. YCMC Visits BBC Showroom

BBC is one of the most iconic brands in streetwear, founded by one of musics most influential artists, Pharrell. Pharrell continues to push the limits of fashion. YCMC had the privilege of going to visit the BBC showroom and headquarters in New York City, available by invitation only. During our visit we got a chance to sit down with the brands Creative Director & Wholesale Operations director Philip Leeds. Philip has been a part of the brands continued evolution for last few years. He took us on an exclusive journey to preview some of the upcoming collections, and showed us his personal photography project. Philip has been flying under the radar working on a collection of private Polaroids which he's turning into a book. He dissected his inspiration for the book which came to him through his good friend Snoop Dogg who made the suggestion. The book is a compilation of great artist, musicians, actors, close friends and family. As we continued to go through his extensive catalog of photos, non other than Jay Z walks in the room for his take. Philip uses a vintage Polaroid "Big Shot" to capture all of these amazing portraits.
