All other Shoe City stores in MD, DC, and VA will remain closed until their respective cities and county executives issue the order they can reopen. This action is to help curb the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to monitor developments across the region and will make adjustments as guidance from health and government authorities make decisions to reopen.
Shoe City stores will accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after our stores reopen for items bought in store. Returned items must be accompanied with a receipt and in the original box. For orders purchased online, the return policy remains unchanged and can be found on our website.
We're taking every step to process orders and returns as quickly as possible, but we want to protect all associates working in our distribution centers and facilities during this time. Our shipping partners are taking steps to protect their employees as well. This could lead to longer shipping, processing, and delivery times.
