What is YCMC’s return policy?

You can return any new, unused items (excluding items marked FINAL SALE) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable. All items must be sent back in unworn condition along with the original box and/or packaging with all tags included to be accepted. When returning your YCMC order, please use a separate box to ship your item(s). Any returns that use the original shoe box as the package for shipping will not be accepted and are subject to additional fees. Shipments that are refused or marked return to sender are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For all product marked FINAL SALE, including but not limited to Air Jordan Retro and adidas Yeezy purchases, all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Additionally, due to the nature of the products, all face masks and underwear are final sale items and cannot be returned.

YCMC reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any merchandise returned, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee for any such return that does not meet our return requirements. This includes final sale items, items returned damaged or missing original packaging or documentation, or for items that we reasonably determine were ordered through use of a robot or other automatic device or software.

How do I return my YCMC order?

Please pack your return in the same manner we shipped it to you. If you received your product in a cardboard shipping box, it must be returned to us that way. Returns that have been inappropriately shipped will be rejected and are subject to additional fees. Please include your packing slip that was included with your order in your return shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, either reprint your order confirmation or include your order number on a piece of paper within your return shipment. We advise that you ship your return using a trackable service to ensure we receive your package. YCMC is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. Does YCMC provide a free return label?

We do not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your item(s), we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 48-72 hours. We’ll send you an email to let you know your return has been completed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to show within your account.

How do I exchange my YCMC order?

YCMC does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your YCMC order for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the desired item(s) and return your original order for a refund.

What do I do if my item is defective or flawed?

If your item is defective or flawed, please contact YCMC Customer Service for assistance within 7 days of receipt.

Can I return/exchange my YCMC order in-store?

You may return or exchange any item(s) purchased on YCMC at any of our Shoe City retail locations in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia. Please note, orders paid via PayPal or Apply Pay cannot be refunded when returning in-store, however, they can be exchanged for any item(s) of equal or greater value. Any YCMC orders paid via Klarna cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Can I return/exchange an in-store purchase online?

No, any item purchased at our Shoe City stores must be returned or exchanged in-store within 14 days of the purchase along with original receipt. Please note, the in-store return policy differs from the online return policy.
