Shipping Information

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once your order has left our warehouse located in Baltimore, MD, you will receive an email containing the UPS or USPS tracking information for your order. If for any reason your order is split into multiple shipments you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Please be aware that all orders totaling over the amount of $150 will require a signature for delivery. We ask that you make proper arrangements to ensure your package(s) arrive without any complications.

Please also know that is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages once the shipping service (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) has picked up the package from our distribution center and is in route to your ship to location. customer service will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company via email support.

We currently only ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), and APO and FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

YCMC uses 2 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

Please note: We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

YCMC Returns orders can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Return instructions can be found on the backside of your packing slip which was included with your order.


How do I return my order?

All return item(s) must be placed in a proper box such as the original shipping box or equivalent.  Please do not put a label directly on a shoe box or it cannot be accepted for return. Cover any old shipping labels with the new one or use a black magic marker to cover any old information. For easy return processing, please include your original packing slip provided with your order. Please ship using your shipping carrier of choice. Please use a trackable service as will not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Depending on your location it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for us to receive your return shipment. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment within 2 business days. All original shipping charges applied to the order are non-refundable. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement as this is controlled by the card issuing bank.


Return Policy

• Item(s) are unworn, unwashed and have the original packaging (such as the original shoe box) and/or tags still attached.

• Damaged boxes or packaging will not be accepted. If we decide to allow the return, you may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee based on damage. 

• Personal items such as a bathing suits, intimates or jewelry cannot be returned.

• For all limited release product, including but not limited to Air Jordan Retro and adidas Yeezy purchases, all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions. If these items are returned they will be shipped back to the customer.

• Items marked returned to sender or refused will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee.


Exchange Options

At this time does not offer any exchanges. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please place a new order for the correct item and initiate a return for the item that does not fit.


Defective / Flawed Products

If you have a defective item that you would like to return please contact customer service prior to returning any damaged or defective item(s) so we can be aware of the issue. Worn items that are sent back as defective will be inspected by our returns department. In the event that the items(s) are deemed defective we will gladly give you an exchange for another item. If the item is judged to not be defective, we will ship the item(s) back to you at your cost. New, unworn items that are deemed to be defective are eligible for an exchange or a refund. We must be notified of all damaged / defective items within 7 days of purchase. In-Store Returns / Exchange

You may return or exchange any item(s) purchased on at any of our Shoe City store locations. If your order was paid for with PayPal, you may only exchange your order for something of equal or greater value as our store locations do not have access to PayPal payment services. All in-store purchases must be returned/exchanged at a Shoe City location.
